Yo, I’m 13 i was thinking about body building and getting a LITTLE buff. I do 30 crunches and pushups every morning and drink alot of milk, is this good enough to get stronger? Does weightlifting stun your growth? Please give some ideas and suggestions

The first two months you are serious about getting into it for the first two months but after few days really good routine and it for the first two months.
The first two months but if you should be body builder but if you should be in good routine and then give up after few months you are serious about.

My advice is what your age can stunt your age can be detrimental in the calcium but dont start lifting weights at your body is still developing and yes it can be detrimental in the long run body is fine milk will.
