The same thing myself.
My age 14 but still dont grow that much as vegetarian guess you should eat lot but still dont grow that much soy sorry if this isnt very helpful im kind of wondering the.

You should be aware that veganism is by far the best diet for anyone looking to build muscle and get in shape. If you are currently thin it is likely because (I would assume) you don’t work out much. Obviously cutting out meat from your diet isn’t a magic solution, you still have to do some work, but it definitely does help! Being vegetarian will give you a huge advantage over omnivores… going vegan is even better, because dairy products especially will weaken your muscles and go against your goals (if you consume a lot of dairy this could be another contributing factor to your thinness).
