If you do it before, you will be well warmed up, which will give you a safety margin in working with weights (less chance of muscle strain or lactic acid buildup, etc.). Doing it afterward is good too, as you can burn up some of the toxins released by weight training (I’m talking lactic acid again, not murderous toxins). The combination is beneficial (very).
