No. i started lifting weights wen i was 14 and 5″9 and now in 18 and 6″1.

No, in fact if you exercize correctly, your posture will improve and your muscles will be more adept at carrying your figure correctly, so you’ll appear taller in addition to actually growing taller as you get older.

The only danger is very heavy lifting weights does not have to affect your height the only danger is very heavy lifting weights does not have any problems.

My tkd instructor has been lifting weights since he was 13in 1981 and hes average male height.
