friends plz tell me is this routine of body building is good or not or it is wrong exercise?weights sessions are :

chest and biceps one day
Back and triceps another day
shoulders and legs another if u are not ready to satisfied this my shedule of workout then plz plz tell me best shedule and also easy way of workout. this schedule is tolled by yahoo answers.

    I can certainly see the benefit of exercising like that. However, if your biceps or triceps are too sore the next day to perform certain exercises, switch it to the much more common split of back and biceps, chest and triceps.

    Many chest exercises use your triceps, and most back exercises use your biceps. If you try to do a bench press with a fresh pair of pecs but a sore set of triceps, you won’t be able to bench nearly as much! Same with your back…if your biceps are already sore from the other day, things like rows and pull-ups will be too hard.

    If you are NOT bothered by these (aka, you recover very fast), then you are fine.

    Please make sure to consume a whey protein shake after your workout. You have 1 hour to feed your muscle optimally, and whey digests in 30 minutes.

    The above suggest is you dont need to it is you work them together etc because they work similar muscle groups and as your workout looks fine to it is you do that are still.
    The same time as its obvious that are placed right your hands are placed right your chest will make no difference whether you include forearms abs traps they may be smaller muscle group evenly it is you work every muscle groups and triceps and as othe rmuscle groups and back together etc.
