im a 15 year old boy and about 10 1/2 to 11 stone and i cant gain weight, im also about 6 foot and i have tried eating loads and not exersizing but i just cant seem to put on any weight, im not super skinny but im not at a good size either, i want to gain weight to bulk up my body but i dont know how?

If you go to a protein store or health whatever store, ask them for products that will help you grow and build massive muscles.
Most likely for quick gain they will recommend creatine or strong protein. Just remember you’re going to have to do some heavy weight training at the same time and also eat a lot as well.
Also just to let you know most chicks dont like buffed up guys as they are more interested in Lean looking guys.
