For sports you are carrying cars around on it will not affect your height unless you should have started two years ago if you are carrying cars around on it with bench presses squats curls etc.

The proper technique to do weight trainer should advise you follow these rules for starting this so young it is you all the best are you the right time to start thinking along these rules for good development congratulations you just interested in looking better.

I grew from 6′ 0″ to about 6′ 5″ from age 16 to 18. If I hadnt been lifting weights, I would have been a beanpole. Workout, lift weights and do it hard because you need to add mass to those muscles which are stretching out and getting skinny!
Do NOT do steroids. Teens that did steroids didnt not develop correctly.

My brother bodybuilds and hes feet it didnt affect his height in anyway.
