dont take testosterone supplements wut you’re doing is good but you also dont need the creatine. no explode should be good enough and creatine makes u look bloated and sucks up alot of your body’s water.
and you want to hold off high impact lifts till after you’re done growing such as squats, bench, lunges with heavy weights.
lifting heavy weights too early can shift growth plates closed and the extra tension in your muscles keeps bones from growing as long.
taking testosterone is esentially taking steroids and youll look bloated, and cause your body to increase estrogen production. when you stop using, the estrogen levels will still be up there and youll exhibit more feminine characteristics.
